Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.


Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Our return policy is as follows...

• Our return policy is 7 days after the date item is received as indicated by the USPS Delivery Confirmation.
• We will only accept a return within this 7 day period. We highly recommend purchasing a WARRANTY from Square Trade at pennies a day!
  
• If a return is requested, a Return Authorization Number (RAN#) will be emailed back to via eBay. Please include your RAN# with return to expedite the refund process.
• Once the item has been received and verified, a refund will be issued back to your PayPal account.
• A refund will not be issued if a RAN# has not been requested and issued.
• A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
